Stacey is a paralegal highly knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of business organization and maintenance, commercial real estate transactions, business transactions, estate planning, probate and trust administration. Additionally, Stacey is diligent in the maintenance and annual renewal of several hundred client owned entities, which includes the preparation of by-laws, authentication of records, stock issuance, transfers and redemptions, assignment of membership interests, and preparation of resolutions for annual and special meetings of shareholders and board of directors. Additionally as our firms’ office manager, Stacey oversees the billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable at the firm.
